About Us 

Bill and Liz Brosi opened the doors of Delaware Business Systems in October of 1993 as an authorized Sharp dealer for Delaware and Otsego counties, carrying the full business line of Sharp copier and facsimiles. Bill had been in the service end of the office equipment industry for 13 years at that point, and had worked for Sharp Electronics Corporation for 6 years, training all the other dealer technicians on the various models of Sharp copier and fax machines. Liz had worked for 15 years at IBM Corporation in Sterling Forest, NY in secretarial and programming departments. They decided to open their own business and chose Delhi for both business and family reasons. It was ideal to bring local service and equipment to an area that has always been serviced from a distance.

It is also a wonderful place to live and raise a family.

They knew that they wanted a to open a business that was committed to excellent customer service and also to deliver a superior quality product. They have worked diligently to provide both. All phone calls and walk-ins are greeted with a pleasant voice, a smile and a helpful attitude. All our service technicians are fully trained at Sharp on each and every machine that we sell and service.

We sell the spectacular lineup of Sharp digital copiers, Aquos smart boards, professional displays, and Sharp digital signage. We also service all other makes and models of copier, facsimile machines, and printers.

Bill and Liz, as owners of Delaware Business Systems are also committed to their community as a place to work, live, and raise a family. They are members of the Delhi, Delaware County & Otsego County Chambers of Commerce. They believe in and support other local businesses, schools and organizations.
